As a Packaging Leader for P&G Ventures, you will drive the design, development, and execution of innovative packaging solutions for new brands. Collaborating across multifunctional teams, you will ensure that packaging delivers against consumer expectations while supporting speed to market and cost objectives. In this role, you will develop and execute packaging strategies, lead the design and optimization of solutions across rigid containers, cartons, and/or device-based packaging forms.
