Overview Talent Acquisition Lead - OnsiteLocation: Lewiston, MESchedule: Full-Time, Exempt | Monday – Friday The Talent Acquisition Lead is a hands-on recruitment leader responsible for full-cycle recruitment across Maine and surrounding areas while maintaining an active recruiting desk in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The Talent Acquisition Lead serves as a subject matter expert for Talent Acquisition processes and workflows while leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems to attract top talent and drive hiring results.
