Position Overview The Engagement & Connectivity Intern will support initiatives that enhance the employee experience throughout the full employee journey—from onboarding to key milestones and beyond. This role will assist in planning events, coordinating employee recognition programs, and creating content that strengthens engagement and connection across the organization. This internship offers hands-on experience in employee engagement, internal communications, and event coordination within a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in planning and executing employee engagement events, including intern events, social hours, and company gatherings - Support coordination of company milestone anniversary gifts and luncheons - Organize and distribute employee gifts, apparel, and materials for company events (e.g., Fall Conference) - Help create and maintain employee-facing content, including videos, digital displays, and internal communications - Coordinate scheduling and logistics for employee headshots and department introductions - Assist in creating company materials such as a yearbook for fall conference, department milestone maps, and department boards for new buildin...
