Principal Product Manager, Agents for Good Blackbaud is looking for an experienced product manager to launch and scale our brand-new agentic Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. This is a rare opportunity to operate with the energy and creativity of a startup inside an established public company focused on supporting the organizations, institutions, and corporations that drive social impact. In this role, you will join Blackbaud’s Agentic AI team and be responsible for taking our first agentic product to market, building a short- to medium-term roadmap for improvement, and leading the development and launch of future agentic products. You’ll drive execution, own the roadmap, and obsess over delivering customer value through personalized, outcome-driven automation.
