Project Coordinator

Job description

We’re seeking a Project Coordinator to join a client’s team that utilizes an AI-powered learning platform used by large, international organizations. The team focuses on onboarding new customers, supporting them through implementation, and making sure projects run smoothly from kick-off to go-live. As a Project Coordinator, you’ll work closely with both internal experts and customer-side stakeholders, helping keep communication clear, timelines on track, and customers supported every step of the way. You’ll make sure customers have a smooth and positive experience by providing proactive, responsive support. You’ll be the central point of coordination, keeping projects organized and helping move things forward.
