Your Mission: - Overall technical responsibility: You will assume technical management responsibility for the portfolio in the area of Video Product Technology Management and oversee the development of specifications for products in the field of imaging and OR integration. In doing so, you will be responsible for the global performance of the product portfolio throughout its entire life cycle and ensure technical and operational excellence, regulatory integrity and innovative strength. - Strategic portfolio development: Together with the Portfolio Strategy & Innovation Excellence and Solution Management departments, you will define the strategic direction of the portfolio. You will ensure that the products are positioned in line with market requirements and future trends and meet the requirements of the next 3–5 years. - Leadership and development: As a manager, you will lead and develop several senior directors and directors and their teams.
