GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: The Training Coordinator will be responsible for creating comprehensive training programs and materials to ensure that associates are equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to perform their job responsibilities effectively and safely. This role requires strong instructional design abilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes. This role will require working side by side along our production associates to learn, document, then implement standard operating procedures as it relates to training on our systems.
