Preventative Maintenance NEW Hotel - $22 per hour StudioRes by Marriott Mesa $22 per hour plus full-time benefits at 60 days Opening May 2026 under Common Oaks Lodging-Concord Hospitality We are seeking a skilled and reliable maintenance person to join our team and provide maintenance and repair services to our facility. The maintenance person will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, including electrical and plumbing repairs, HVAC maintenance, and general upkeep of the facility. The successful candidate will have strong problem-solving and communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: Perks: - Conduct room inspections and identify repair needs. - Conduct room checkout procedures (strip room, remove trash, PM room) - Install or repair sheetrock and other wall coverings. - Paint designated areas and items. - Install and replace basic electrical fixtures, replace light switches, receptacles, light bulbs and fixtures. - Repair furniture. - Install, replace and program televisions. - Perform minor plumbing functions. - Replace and repair heating and cooling pumps as well as preventative maintenance on units. - Trace and r...
