Position Summary... Lead and scale a high-growth affiliate and social commerce engine that turns affiliate & creator ecosystems into measurable, profitable revenue. This leader owns the operational backbone, financial integrity, platform strategy, and cross-functional execution required to build a best-in-class social commerce business. This is not a siloed role. Success requires deep collaboration across Product, Engineering, Merchandising, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Retail Media, and external partners. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with operational precision, financial fluency, and hands-on automation expertise. What you'll do... Build & Scale the Affiliate & Social Commerce Engine Own end-to-end affiliate and social commerce operations: onboarding, attribution, commissions, invoicing, payouts, governance, and lifecycle management. Design scalable systems to support rapid creator and publisher growth while maintaining financial accuracy and compliance. Optimize core performance levers: traffic, conversion, AOV, repeat rate, LTV, and contribution margin.
