Job description

Country/Regional Lawyer designs strategies and solutions to facilitate the achievement of local/regional business objectives (cross activities) in compliance with applicable laws and provides legal support and counselling in specific local/regional business areas. Key responsibilities include: Draft and review complex agreements/ work on local and MCO projects Research and advice to stakeholders on legislation in the area of medicines, finance, competition, trade and debt collection, manufacturing, corporate, digital, promotion & advertising Support business projects in terms of legal compliance and provide appropriated solutions with TRT approach Support litigations in coordination with external lawyers (Turkey and MCO) Proceed and Support Corporate Law procedures for MCO countries Follow up sectoral legislation periodically and proceed the necessary internal update with coordination of Head of Legal. Review translation (TR/ENG) of critical legal documents Education/Experience: Legal counsel should have a law degree from an accredited university in Turkey and be admitted to the bar.
