Description Maintaining the Immediate Care standard and demonstrating Character First traits through daily action at all clinics. Encouraging others to maintain a positive attitude, professional work environment and great Immediate Care culture. Communicating in a professional, tactful way when the Immediate Care standard is not being maintained. Notifying the appropriate management and discussing any circumstances where the Immediate Care standard is not being maintained. Duties: - Provide immediate medical attention to all patients who present themselves - Maintain satisfactory physical and mental health status and the ability to safely and competently practice medicine. - Maintain sufficient knowledge of specific procedures/treatments offered at clinic. - Maintain adequate clinical abilities as a practitioner. - Directly supervises the medical staff - Receive briefings and situation reports from the Chief Medical Officer and/or Clinical Director and ensures that all medical personnel are kept informed of status changes - Ensures a continuum of medical care and coordinating interaction with all appropriate outside medical entities - Report to Clinical director Responsibilities: -...
