WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Refugee Case Manager is a non- exempt position responsible for the provision of services to refugees and eligible clients that lead to their social integration. The Refugee Case Manager will be responsible for the completion of enrollments, assessments, client eligibility determinations, and client data collection in order to help refugees and their families achieve success in their integration into life in the United States. In this role the Refugee Case Manager will also work across refugee programs. - Enroll eligible clients by conducting all necessary forms. - Provide orientation to newly enrolled clients. - Assist refugees in developing individualized service plans so that they may achieve self-sufficiency. - Conduct quarterly assessments of the Plans. - Provide case management, refugees enrolled in the program. - Determine the needs for medical, legal, mental health, educational and social services. - Assist clients with en...
