In this highly specialized and rewarding role, you’ll provide community‑based, evidence‑driven care to youth and young adults (ages 15–29), primarily supporting individuals living with schizophrenia and related psychotic disorders. The Ascent Program offers exceptional autonomy, flexibility, and creativity, with therapists meeting clients in their homes to build trust, foster engagement, and support long‑term recovery. Our deeply collaborative, multidisciplinary team shares a caseload and works in constant communication to ensure seamless continuity of care and strong staff support.
