What You'll Be Doing: Oversee daily the production / maintenance requirements to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met. Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Train, mentor, and supervise production staff to enhance team performance. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for timely materials procurement. Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Skilled in evaluating production priorities across quarry, plant and logistics functions to make sound, timely operational decisions.
