Code Enforcement Specialist (Part Time)

Job description

A Code Enforcement Specialist plays an active role in achieving long-term customer satisfaction in the context of Community Association relationships. Specific responsibilities will vary with designated communities and may include, but are not limited to: Inspecting properties for maintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issues and accurately recording findings. SEASONAL, PART TIME: 20 hours a week, between the hours of 9am-4pm, M-F. April - Aug. Flexible schedule. Duties include but are not limited to: - Walk/drive community to conduct a list of code and HOA regulation inspections. - Take pictures, notes, and document findings, - Submit reports to the GM and Board of Directors. - Notify responsible parties of code issues given in writing, by phone, in person and electronically. - Respond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes to determine validity of complaints and the appropriate course of action to mitigate issues. - Investigate and enforce property codes within boundaries. - Schedule and perform systematic property maintenance inspections to maintain or achieve minimum property standards. - Other duties as assigned.
