THE OPPORTUNITY: We are seeking a Coating Associate to prepare tooling for loading and unloading into the washing system and Post Polish machines and unpack and repack tools for internal inventory and outside shipments. This is a crucial role within the organization and a high level of precision and attention to detail is desired. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: - Prepare tools for washing. - Operate the washing system and post polish equipment. - Pack up tooling for shipment or inventory. - Maintain production and quality levels. - Assist in other departments when necessary, including training. YOU'LL BRING: - High School Degree or GED. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently, follow procedures, and multi-task. - Demonstrated ability for organizational skills and attention to detail.
