Job Description: - Deliver quality end to end projects with the trades and reinstatement teams - Plan project delivery in line with the scope of works utilising scoping tools - Manage the resources efficiently and effectively in order to meet profit and productivity targets. - Prepare all relevant paperwork, including, on- site documents, to the pre-agreed company standard - Liaise with the loss adjusters and insurers and customers to maintain excellent communication throughout project delivery. - Ensure good lines of communication between trades and technicians - Ensure that Quality, Management, and Health & Safety procedures are both understood and fully implemented.
