This role is pivotal in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and enhancing operational efficiency across the consulting portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Month-End & Revenue Management Participate in monthly revenue calls to proactively address issues. Investigate low recovery jobs and missed provisions. Review negative net billable WIP by partner and job to support balance sheet integrity. Analyse inter-service line revenues within the Irish practice. Assess resourcing mix (onshore, offshore, contractors) for cost optimisation. Margin Analysis: Conduct ongoing reviews of engagement margin levels. Evaluate portfolio profitability and recommend corrective actions. Support pricing decisions through detailed margin data analysis.
