Job Description Summary Job Description: As the PMO Handbook Digital Experience Designer Trainee , you will be fully integrated within the GSI PMO Central Team , working alongside a team of highly experienced Project Directors and Project Engineers. Your mission will be to design and develop the GSI PMO Digital Handbook , ensuring it delivers the best possible user experience for project teams across the globe. Your key responsibilities will include: - Understanding user needs — Engaging with Project Directors and Project Managers based in India and Europe to capture their requirements and expectations for the handbook - Designing the navigation — Defining the most intuitive and user-friendly navigation structure to guide project teams through every phase and step of project execution - Building the digital tool — Developing the handbook on SharePoint , leveraging the existing document library (training will be provided) - Incorporating PMO processes & best practices — Working closely with the PMO Central Team to ensure all relevant processes, documentation and best practices are accurately captured and structured - Quality & validation — Continuously verifying throughout the devel...
