Job Description We are seeking a Logistics Admin to join our Logistics/ Order Management team. In this role, you will work with and communicate cross-functionally with internal customers, multiple departments and teams. This team monitors daily backlogs of orders/deliveries as well as processing non-standard orders. Team member will work closely with other Logistics teams globally. Principal duties and responsibilities: - Maintain sales orders to ensure they are updated as engineering changes are implemented. - Attend meetings as a representative of the team to exchange information with other departments. - Provide accurate, timely, and up-to-date order status to requestors via email, database tools, verbally, or other methods. - Report proactive order status in times of heavy backlog or longer than expected lead times. - Processes Internal orders, No Charge orders, and other non-standard orders and ensures timely shipment and reporting. - Ensure sales orders are rescheduled and shipments are processed as material becomes available. - Work with Customer Service/Sales Reps globally to ensure order accuracy, and timely removal of delivery blocks preventing shipment or billing blocks...
