Position Title: Contract Program Manager Location: Liberty Township, PA - Raven Rock Mountain Complex (Hybrid) Clearance: ***Active Top Secret clearance required*** Salary: $125,000.00 +: Position Summary: The Program Manager serves as the prime contractor’s representative, providing leadership, operational oversight, and strategic direction for the RRMC IT program and related service contracts. The Program Manager is responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, deliverables, contract administration, logistics, and team performance while maintaining strong relationships with government clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - The PM will be the prime contractor’s representative. - The PM will maintain working relationships with the Government client and other contractors while providing leadership for the RRMC IT team. - The PM will focus on schedule, milestones, and project deliverables.
