Process Engineer Manager

Job description

JOB SUMMARY The Process Engineer Manager will lead a team of highly experienced Process Engineers in the development, optimization and sustainment of the repair process for aviation, marine and industrial turbine engine components and shall ensure safe, compliant, repeatable and cost-effective methods and processes. This position shall provide technical support for approved repair processes, manual repairs, airworthiness directives (AD), service bulletins, and new repairs and processes. The successful candidate will lead the team as the main agent of change in the continuous improvement process within the company. The Process Engineer Manager partners closely with the Production and Quality Department and other Engineering positions to achieve on-time delivery, cost targets, customer quality expectations and to ensure all repair operations meet regulatory, OEM and internal compliance standards.
