About the Role Johnstone Supply is seeking a dynamic Technical Service & Commercial Sales Director to lead both our technical support operations and commercial sales strategy. This high-impact, dual-role position is critical to delivering best-in-class technical expertise to our contractor customers while driving sustainable revenue growth across our commercial markets. You will serve as the senior leader for technical services and commercial sales—bridging deep HVAC/R knowledge with strategic sales leadership to strengthen Johnstone’s reputation, expand market share, and elevate the customer experience.
