Bay State Community Services’ Prevention Services Team and the Impact Quincy Coalition are seeking a passionate and dynamic Youth Development Coordinator to lead youth engagement initiatives focused on public health, upstream substance use prevention, suicide prevention, and mental well-being. This part-time role is perfect for someone who thrives in youth leadership development, community engagement, and prevention work. You’ll partner closely with the Impact Quincy Coordinator to plan, facilitate, and grow the Impact Quincy Youth Action Team (YAT)—a group of motivated young leaders working to create healthier, more equitable communities. Schedule: In Person with occasional remote work opportunities!
