Job Summary Coordinate the day-to-day activities of a company operation. Assist in the implementation of policies and procedures, customer/client resolutions and project management. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities - Responsible for assisting department with all administrative functions and special projects to include arranging meetings, answering calls, coordinating documentation logs, assists with on-boarding process, and provide basic data analysis. - Provides and supports managers in administrative functions to include phone coverage, travel arrangements and reporting. - Coordinates and arranges meetings at national conventions and internal meetings. - Coordinate daily operations of the company or department and its various components, ensuring compliance with company, local, state, and federal policies and regulations. - Coordination of all events such as trade shows, grand openings, store events, inter-company events, and supporting hospitality events.
