Department/Unit: Nuclear Medicine Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Salary Range: $41,923.00 - $54,500.00 Functions as a member of the patient care centered health team under the supervision of the Radiology Technologist; in the following Assisting the Technologist in completing activities of daily operation and assuring patient safety. Assuring the safety and cleanliness of the Unit, as well as maintaining supplies and equipment. Relates to and assists patients, families, and other health care workers with respect and kindness. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Responsible for the preparation of the patients for the Imaging procedure - Works with the technologists to facilitate patient handling, e.g. Bring patients to and from the dressing, exam rooms and back to their ER rooms. - Initiates/Completes paperwork related to the exam/care of the patient as indicated by technologist. - Assists the patient on and off procedure table as indicated by technologist. - Provides support and assistance to the technologist and Radiologists i.e. screening phone calls, exam set up and post exam clean up. - Maintains stock supply and linen in exam room. - Completes light housekeepi...
