What you will do: We are looking for a Head of Talent Management to shape and deliver Tony’s global, end‑to‑end Talent agenda. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the Talent Management, Learning & Development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, and Talent Acquisition agenda across our international footprint. You will lead and develop a Talent team consisting of: A Talent Acquisition Manager (with two direct reports), and An L&D Specialist (to be recruited) You will work in close partnership with the Chief People & Culture, the People & Culture Leads team, People Partners, Chiefs, and Country Managers to drive continuous improvement, transformation, and operational excellence across all Talent domains.
