We support each other by sharing expertise and continuously improving how we work and interact with stakeholders across the network involved in the CDD cycle, where the Client Outreach Expert is the linking pin between ING and the client. Roles and responsibilities: The Client Outreach Expert works closely with the SPOC (Single Point of Contact), Relationship Managers, CDD Processing Units and relevant stakeholders involved in the CDD cycle. Key responsibilities are to: Own and manage the client relationship from a CDD perspective. Support the team as a CDD expert. Align stakeholders, agree mitigations, and ensure clear CDD requirements in line with WB Working Instructions (internally and externally). Perform client outreach within regulatory timelines (including follow-ups and reminders) to enable a smooth CDD customer journey and a high-quality experience for all internal and external stakeholders.
