A: Job Overview: The Production Supervisor (2nd shift, 2:00pm – 10:30pm) is within our Auto/Car Care/Prestone division and is responsible for ensuring production meets quality and efficiency standards while maintaining a safe work environment. This role is located at our Alsip, Illinois facility. Your Role at Prestone: - Overseeing the production process, drafting a production schedule and ensuring that it is adhered to. - Developing and implementing production plans, schedules, and strategies to meet production objectives. - Monitoring production processes to ensure that they are operating safely and efficiently, and identifying areas for improvement. - Coordinating and assigning tasks to production staff, and ensuring that all staff members receive appropriate training to perform routine duties effectively. - Monitor production to resolve issues and ensu...
