Calvary Associate Pastor Position Type: Full Time (40-50 hours/week) Location: Calvary Alliance Church: Reports to: Lead Pastor: Position Overview: Calvary Alliance Church exists to see a life-giving, transformed church of disciples who courageously raise up the next generation and ignite East Cincinnati with gospel impact. The Associate Pastor will serve as a key ministry leader on Calvary’s staff team, providing leadership and support in three primary areas: Worship, Students, and Connections. Working closely with the Lead Pastor and key volunteers, this role will help shape the spiritual life and ministry rhythm of the church, cultivating a culture of worship, community, and discipleship across generations. This position is ideal for a relational, Spirit-led pastor who loves the local church, thrives in team settings, and desires to see people encounter Jesus and live transformed lives.
