Senior HR Business Partner – Netherlands Location: Amsterdam: Backbase is evolving into an AI-native organization. As the pace of change accelerates, the role of leaders and People Partners is changing too. This means a dedicated focus on workforce planning, talent management and supporting business transformations. We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to partner closely with leaders in the Netherlands and help drive a high-performance, high-accountability culture during a period of significant transformation and growth. This is not a traditional HRBP role focused on policy and process coordination. We are looking for a strong operator and performance partner who can challenge leaders, raise the talent bar, and help teams navigate change with clarity and pace. You will work directly with senior leaders across Product, Technology, Services, and Corporate functions, translating business priorities into people actions that drive performance, engagement, and execution.
