Key Responsibilities: Requirement Analysis and Solution Design: Gain an in-depth understanding of after-sales business processes, gather and analyze system requirements from front-line teams and dealers, and design corresponding solutions. System Integration and Implementation: Participate in the implementation and integration of DMS, SAP, WMS, OMS, TIS, etc. Data Analysis and Reporting: Data within the system to provide decision-making support for front-line teams and management.
