SUMMARY: The Assistant Store Manager will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of the supermarket. This position is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in managing the overall performance of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining high standards in merchandising, and leading a team to achieve sales goals.
