Confirmo is a global stablecoin-first payment platform trusted by market leaders. Originally founded in Prague in 2014, we now run one of the most established infrastructures in the industry. We're a 60-person global team and we're looking for a hands-on HR Operations Specialist to be the backbone of our people operations globally. This is not purely an administrative role. You'll be at the heart of the employee experience at Confirmo - owning HR processes, driving people initiatives, and keeping our Prague office running smoothly. For the right person, this is an opportunity to grow with a fast-moving global team and shape how we operate. Key Responsibilities: Own HR across four regions - manage day-to-day HR operations for employees in the US, Ireland, Czech Republic, and Dubai, ensuring compliance, consistency, and a great employee experience across all locations. Manage Prague office operations - take ownership of the day-to-day running of our Czech office, from facilities and supplies to vendors and everything in between.
