The M&A team plays a pivotal role in advising clients on strategic transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate advisory mandates, offering high‑touch service, differentiated sector expertise, and strong execution. The Opportunity: Jefferies’ London‑based M&A team is seeking Associate level candidates, who want to leverage their technical training in a dynamic and high‑deal‑flow environment. The team is known for leading end‑to‑end execution across sponsor‑backed buy‑side and sell‑side mandates, managing complex processes, and working closely with senior bankers and clients. Key Responsibilities: Deal Execution: - Support and assist with leading the execution of M&A transactions from initial pitch through to closing. - Manage workstreams across valuation, modelling, marketing materials, due diligence, and process coordination. - Prepare transaction documentation including teasers, CIMs, management presentations, and board materials.
