Job description

Your role Timely and accurate execution of the accounting processes for travel expenses through appropriate documentation of the processes, updates and suggested improvement Timely support and performance of the frequent accounting, financial operations (i.e. preparation of jurnal vouchers, accruals, open balances cleansing, pre-payments, reconcile of the credit card inter-company activity and all open aged items, CARS) and administrative tasks (settings and updates of employee accounts in supported applications, preparation of reports, resolving employees query and requests) within the process T&E in line with company goals, procedures and policies Resolving daily operations issues, escalating where support is needed; indicating and addressing improvements in the T&E process to avoid/eliminate then Communication with internal auditors as required Assisting with other accounting or process improvement projects and initiatives Knowledge and information sharing with other team members and employees as required Achieve delivery of established goals while ensuring the high quality of customer service provided Hearing and meeting customer expectations with the assurance that entire work...
