Job description

The Red Label Analyst supports Flexjet’s Flight Department by providing analytical insight and reporting specific to the Domestic Red Label program. This role plays a critical part in monitoring performance, pay, and productivity metrics across Red Label pilot teams and fleets. The Analyst will gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, measure incentive outcomes, and ensure accuracy across compensation models and operational reporting. Working closely with the Manager of Flight Department Analytics, this position will contribute to the broader goal of enhancing efficiency, transparency, and performance within the Flight Department. Key Responsibilities: - Support calculation, validation, and reporting of Red Label pay incentives, penalties, and performance metrics. - Maintain detailed data models tracking team-based performance, including productivity, fuel efficiency, and duty utilization. - Collaborate with Finance, Payroll, and HR to ensure accurate Red Label pay reconciliations and compliance with policy. - Monitor attrition and retention trends within Red Label teams, providing insight to leadership on morale and stability. - Assist in forecasting pilot staffing...
