Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization: Act as “Strategic Business Partner” and “Advisor” to the organization in all relevant Cluster Central Europe Legal & Compliance issues. Support the Senior Director Legal & Compliance in Cluster Central Europe ensuring that the department provides the best Legal & Compliance advice, solutions and challenges to enable strategic initiatives and protect and enhance the Group’s assets. Support in ensuring the Cluster Central Europe team is an effective extension of Global Legal & Compliance to ensure a consistent and high standard of all Global Legal & Compliance standards and principles. Cluster Central Europe consists of Zone East (Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Hungary and the Baltics) and Zone Central (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). The role will be based in Warsaw but will advise on all relevant matters in the full Area together with the rest of the team that is based in Herzogenaurach, Germany.
