About the Role: The Associate Recruiting and Legal Talent Senior Coordinator is an integral part of Latham’s Associate Recruiting team. This role will be responsible for providing advanced coordination and strategic support across Associate Recruiting and Legal Talent functions, as well as coordinating all phases of recruiting efforts, including executing the summer program, campus outreach, and entry-level hiring, managing candidate interviews, correspondence, GPA calculations, and onboarding communications.
