Overview We are seeking a reliable and proactive IT Generalist to support the day-to-day technology needs of the organization. This role will be responsible for maintaining IT systems, supporting end users, managing hardware and software deployments, and ensuring secure and efficient operation of our technology infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a versatile problem-solver who can work across multiple IT disciplines including helpdesk support, systems administration, network troubleshooting, and IT security best practices. Key Responsibilities: Technical Support: - Provide Tier 1–2 technical support for employees across hardware, software, and network issues. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to operating systems, productivity tools, and internal applications. - Support onboarding and offboarding processes including account provisioning and device setup. Systems & Infrastructure: - Maintain and monitor company systems, endpoints, and IT infrastructure. - Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across systems. - Perform system updates, patches, and routine maintenance.
