eCommerce Analyst THE OPPORTUNITY: At Boozt, we are on an exciting journey with a newly established eCommerce department, ready to take our shop experience to the next level. We are now looking for an ambitious and skilled eCommerce Analyst to join the team and play a key role in the future success of our shop operations. In this role, your focus will be on continuously driving improvements to our shop experience and measuring the impact of our operations through a customer-centric lens. You will work closely with cross-functional teams across the commercial department (Marketing, Online, Platform, and more) to anchor your insights across the department. You will analyze user behavior, engagement, and conversion trends to inform strategic decisions that directly impact the digital experience of Boozt.com , bridging the gap between raw data and commercial action. Being able to see trends and patterns, even when the data might not be structured exactly the way you want, is key.
