Summary: Reporting to the Director of Creative Services, this role owns the traffic and workflow management function for marketing-related creative projects supported by the Creative Services group. This role ensures projects are properly scoped, scheduled and resourced, while maintaining disciplined communication and balanced workload distribution across the team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Creative Traffic & Workflow Management - Manage the flow of marketing-related creative projects through internal systems from start to finish. - Own the traffic function for Creative Services. - Create and maintain schedules, timelines and status updates within Monday.com. - Direct the routing of projects through graphic design, video and content teams. - Assign work and coordinate resources across creative disciplines. - Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines, brand standards and quality expectations. - Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks,...
