Job Summary: MaineGeneral Health is seeking a dedicated and proactive Occupational Health Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in promoting employee health and safety, preventing work-related injuries, and ensuring a healthy workplace environment. Job Description: Position: Occupational Health Registered Nurse Location: 21 Enterprise Drive, Augusta: Schedule: Part-time (32 hours/week) Shift: Days (M-F): What You'll Do: - Collaborates with appropriate staff to develop and implement industrial and office ergonomics programs for prevention and injury evaluation. - Provides treatment for job-related injuries and illnesses. Ensures compliance with applicable workplace safety laws and regulations. - Provides review and case management services to employers regarding their employees who require outside medical attention for job-related injuries. - Develop and implement wellness and preventative initiatives for employees.
