Workforce Development Program Coordinator

Job description

SCOPE OF WORK: This position provides comprehensive administrative, technical, and program coordination support for the Workforce Development Office and grant-funded workforce initiatives, including the Training for Residential Energy Contractors (TREC) program. The role supports workforce development staff, faculty and instructors, non-credit adult learners, and external partners. Key responsibilities include program coordination, data and reporting support, budget and documentation tracking, student and instructor services, and compliance with college, system, state, and federal requirements. This position reports to the Workforce Development Manager, and will be functionally supervised by the Energy Training Manager. This position is supported by federal grant funding and is expected to end December 2029; continuation is contingent upon ongoing funding.
