Position Summary: The Omnify Business Development Coordinator supports sales and implementation of Omnify products and services and is knowledgeable about all facets of employee benefit accounts. This role creates proposals and presentations, conducts research for the department, and supports all areas of the team with broker and client relations. This individual is also responsible for providing support to management in coordinating overall department projects, including reporting, analysis and marketing. Qualifications: - Provide a high standard of customer service to brokers and prospective clients. - Keep informed on what the competition is offering to ensure the bank’s product is competitive and advantageous. - Create proposals and keep track of proposal lifecycle; assist in creating presentations for both Business Development and Department Manager - Maintain knowledge of applicable regulations and regulatory changes and communicate these with brokers and prospects. - Update CRM system for Business Development. - Serve as a secondary contact for employer groups and brokers. - Responsible for implementation of small HSA/FSA-groups. - Work directly with Business Development Man...
