Gamma has proven product-market fit with over 70 million users, and now we're building the B2B sales engine to match. As Sales Manager in New York City, you'll be our first sales leadership presence on the East Coast, setting the culture, carrying the vision, and building our NYC hub from the ground up. Your team will include 6–8 AEs operating at the center of Gamma's product-led growth engine. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build Gamma’s East Coast presence. You won't inherit a finished machine; you'll create repeatable processes, set the bar for how Gamma shows up in every customer interaction, and scale the team without losing quality. Our team has a strong in-office culture and works in person 4–5 days per week in New York City. We love working together to stay creative and connected, with flexibility to work from home when focus matters most.
