Production Employee

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Production Employee who is comfortable working on a production line and takes responsibility for quality, efficiency, and safety. You will perform hands-on production tasks while supporting the team and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities: - Carry out production activities such as labelling, repacking, stacking, and operating machines; - Monitor quality and progress on the production line; - Solve first-line issues and report deviations; - Maintain a clean and safe working environment; - Support and guide colleagues when needed. Who are you?: - Several years of experience in a production environment ; - Used to working on a production line ; - Good command of English (spoken and written) ; - A stable work history (CV); - Flexible, proactive, and a strong work ethic; - Willing to work in a 2-shift system : - 06:00 – 15:00; - 15:00 – 00:00; - Work location: Oosterhout (Gelderland) , with occasional work in Hedel ; - In possession of a valid driver’s license and own transport .
