Primary Function: The Litigation Intake Specialist plays a crucial role in our legal team and is responsible for assisting with the initial intake of potential litigation cases. The Litigation Intake Specialist will also assist the Subpoena Department by helping to ensure subpoena responses are completed timely and accurately.
