Job DetailsJob Location: High School - Orange, CA 92867Position Type: SeasonalEducation Level: High SchoolTravel Percentage: NegligibleJob Shift: AnyJob Category: EducationPOSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for assisting in the development of the athletes on the Cheer Squad in the Spiritleader Program, serving as a leader and role model, and coordinating/collaborating with other coaches to create an effective Spiritleader Program. The Assistant Cheer Coach collaborates with the other program coaches and the Head Cheer Coach on sideline duties, competition preparation, uniform selection, and all related program events throughout the year. In collaboration with the Spiritleader Advisor, Director of Student Activities, and the Head Coaches, the Assistant Cheer Coach provides a vision for the Spiritleader Program in the areas of Christian leadership, character development, academics, school spirit, crowd participation, and competition.
