Responsibilities: As a Doorperson, you will be responsible for: Greeting residents and guests entering the building. Creating a positive arrival and departure experience for residents and guests. Maintaining the flow of street traffic outside the front door by assisting residents or guests with transportation and luggage. Knowing apartment facilities, services, and features and being able to explain them to guests and residents. Providing accurate directions to guests on questions regarding destinations of the local area. Performing other duties as assigned.
